Our project - THE MUTE - by B. Konopka and P. Nowakowski awarded in Cannes! Date: 2013-05-22

The script for THE MUTE - fiction written by Bartek Konopka and Przemysław Nowakowski won Krzysztof Kieślowski Scripteast Award!

We have been working on the project since 2011. We were developing the project within the EAVE Producers Workshop in 2011, then we presented the project as part of Pitch Stop at the Collegium Hungaricum in Berlin (February 2012) and within the Polish Days at New Horizons FF in Wroclaw (July 2012). In November 2012 we pitched the project within Connecting Cottbus. THE MUTE is also one of the few projects which received development funding from the Polish Film Institute. Furthermore, we have received MEDIA development support. This summer we start financing in Poland, Germany and Ireland.
